We needed to set up a custom booking form for a client using Gravity Forms as a foundation. After working with another plugin that didn’t have the amount of flexibility we needed, we decided to switch to Simply Schedule Appointments Booking plugin, and it was definitely the right choice! There is a ton of documentation and options/tools for developers – it helped us integrate the form with Gravity Forms as well as Gravity Perks. With SSA we were able to complete form! Plus, when we had questions, their Support team was fantastic – very quick to review our issue and very thorough in looking into it. Can’t recommend SSA enough!

I’ve been working with SSA for a few months, and so far, I’m really happy with the plugin. It does what it promises to do: it lets you schedule appointments in a simple and easy way.
The plugin is not perfect, but the documentation outlines workarounds for some unresolved issues (which the team seems to be working on), and support is great.
Definitely recommend!
