I have used Easy Digital Download in the past so was somewhat familiar. However, this time I had a bit of an issue and reached out for assistance. I only have a few downloads right now, so am using the Free version. I emailed support and within 24 hours (less I think) Amir had responded and helped me figure out the issue. He answered all of my questions and even tested my page to make sure it was functioning properly. Prompt service and awesome support. Thank you Amir!

EDD has made things so much easier for me than our previous e-commerce plugin. We use it for event ticket sales, online classes, donations… almost everything except downloads, and it works great. I appreciate the reporting functionality, even though many of the options are not useful to us. It has the right level of functionality to do what we need, yet it’s not so complicated and convoluted as something like WooCommerce. Their customer support has been great. I’ve communicated with them about bugs/issues as well as to ask how to achieve something I needed to do that was a bit outside the box. They have always been helpful, and their existing documentation is pretty thorough to begin with – I have relied on that a lot too.
